Questions
Buying car parts for Grenada
When does it sail to Grenada?
Every Wednesday. Once you have paid, your part goes on the next sailing. Weather, port congestion and customs are not ours to control, so we never promise a delivery date we cannot keep.
What currency do you quote in for Grenada?
Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD). You see one total before you pay, and you can ask for TTD or USD instead.
How do I pay?
By card on our bank’s secure page (a 5% card fee applies) or by bank transfer with no fee. Our bank details only ever come on your invoice — if anyone sends you other details claiming to be us, check with us first.
Who pays the freight and duty in Grenada?
You pay us for the part and the shipping documents. The ocean freight, duty and clearing are paid by you at St. George’s when it lands. Many customers use a customs broker; we send the invoice and bill of lading they need.
How do I make sure I get the right part?
Send your chassis (frame) number — it is on a plate in the engine bay and on your registration — or a clear photo of the old part and any number on it. Japanese parts are matched by chassis number.
Can I return a part?
If we send the wrong part, we put it right. Used parts are sold as seen with photos of the actual item, electrical parts are final sale, and a correctly supplied part cannot be returned because it is no longer wanted. Full details are in our terms.
Do you ship to Carriacou?
Yes. Pick Carriacou when you send your request and we will tell you how it reaches you from the Wednesday Grenada sailing.
