Questions
Good to know before you order
How do I make sure I get the right part?
Send us your chassis (frame) number — it’s on a plate in the engine bay and on your registration — or a clear photo of the old part and any number on it. Japanese parts are matched by chassis number, so this is the surest way.
What does “foreign used” mean?
A genuine used part taken from a vehicle imported from Japan or elsewhere, rather than a new or aftermarket copy. It’s usually the best value for older cars, and we show you photos of the actual part.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
You’re quoted in your island’s currency — XCD, TTD or USD. Pay by card on our bank’s secure page (5% card fee) or by bank transfer with no fee. Our bank details only ever come on your invoice.
Who pays the freight and duty?
You pay us for the part and the shipping documents. The ocean freight, duty and clearing are paid at your port when it arrives. Ask us and we’ll tell you what to expect.
How long does it take?
We usually have prices the same day. Once paid, your part goes on the next sailing — Grenada on Wednesdays, St. Vincent on Thursdays. Weather and customs aren’t ours to control, so we never promise a delivery date we can’t keep.
Can I return a part?
If we send the wrong part, we put it right. A correctly supplied part can’t be returned because it’s no longer wanted, and electrical parts are sold as seen. Full details are in our terms.
